Air Fryer Asparagus with Lemon Aioli

Yield: 4 servings


•           2 bunches asparagus, woody ends removed

•           Olive oil cooking spray

•           Salt, to taste

•           Black pepper, to taste

•           1/2 cup mayonnaise

•           2 Tbsp. lemon juice

•           1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest

•           1 tsp. Dijon mustard

•           1 clove garlic, minced



Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Place asparagus in air fryer basket, working in batches as needed. Spray asparagus lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place basket in air fryer and cook for about 10 minutes or until asparagus is cooked to your liking.

Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard and garlic in a small bowl and stir together. Serve asparagus with side of aioli.
