2 cups or 1 (16 oz.) Almond Butter
1 ¾ cups of Agave Nectar
2 ¼ cup of figure Vanilla protein powder
3 cups of dry Cinnamon gluten free chex cereal
In a microwave safe bowl, combine Agave and Almond Butter, heat in microwave for 70-90 seconds until it easily stirs, add protein powder and Chex Mix and mix thoroughly. Presses into a 9 by 16 inch pan refrigerate for an hour or until solid enough to cut into the bars. Wrap each bar in foil or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
