Nourish Morning Glory Muffins

Preheat oven to 350
Ingredients (Mix wet and dry ingredients separately)

2 cups flour
1 ¼ cup sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins
1 apple, shredded
2 cups shredded carrots
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil

Add wet ingredients to dry, bake for 20 minutes
