Badgers’ Dekker to enter NBA draft

Madison, Wis.(WFRV)- Badgers Junior Forward Sam Dekker has officially declared himself for the NBA draft. 

Dekker released a heartfelt letter to fans on his twitter account thanking them for their support. 

Dekker, a Sheboygan native, was considering the draft after averaging close to 20 points during the six games the Badgers played in the NCAA tournament. Wisconsin lost to Duke in the title game last Saturday. 

Badgers senior Forward Frank Kaminsky is expected to join Dekker and be drafted into the NBA.
