Charter Plans to Purchase Time Warner

Charter Communications plans to spend over $55-Billion to acquire Time Warner Cable, combining Wisconsin’s two largest broadband providers.

The merger will make the company the 2nd largest broadband provider in the nation, behind only Comcast.
