OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) – Fox Valley Technical College encouraged the community to take to the skies Saturday.

It hosted a “fly-in” brunch and open house, allowing residents to see the aviation program in action.

The program has expanded over the years and carries an appeal for everyone, from pilots and enthusiasts all the way down to young children.

“I think we have to introduce career options real early and the parents will bring the young children in here and they may have an attraction to an aviation career,” said Debbie Heath, Dean of Transportation and Construction Programs at FVTC.

If you missed the “fly-in” you can always contact the school for a tour.
