17th annual Arbor Day celebration showcases effort to improve urban forestry

GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) — In honor of Arbor Day, the Town of Grand Chute is holding their 17th Annual Arbor Day celebration. 

Grand Chute has been a Tree City USA Award recipient since 2005 which is awarded to communities who demonstrate an outstanding effort to improve urban forestry.

As part of the festivities, a tree was planted and students from Badger Elementary School and Houdini Elementary School were there as well.
