More than 30 dogs have been rescued from a single home in Brown County Wednesday night.

According to the Wisconsin Humane Society, the Green Bay and Door County Campuses assisted police in the seizure that included a parrot.

Representatives from the Wisconsin Humane Society say the animals lived in deplorable conditions.

All animals have been brought to the WHS Green Bay Campus; they are safe and being well-cared for at the shelter.

“We’re so grateful to the community for the support that makes it possible for us to say “yes” when we’re called to help animals in dire need.” -Wisconsin Humane Society
