April is Missing Persons Awareness Month, and Fox Valley Technical College held their fourth annual Missing Persons Awareness event Saturday.
The event included faces of missing people and their families.
The event is designed to raise awareness with proactive strategies for keeping children and people safe from predators.
The keynote address was given by Patty Wetterling, the mother of Jacob Wetterling who’s abduction in 1989 made national news.
The family did not find out he was murdered until 2016.
More than two hundred people from Wisconsin are listed as missing.
