Arkansas Man Arrested For Fifth OWI Offense

An Arkansas man was arrested for his fifth OWI early Saturday morning. 

The Wisconsin State Patrol says the man was stopped on Lombardi Avenue at Holmgren Way in Green Bay just after 3:30 Saturday morning. 

The trooper conducted a standard field sobriety test and placed the man in custody for his 5th offense operating while intoxicated.
