BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection to multiple financial crimes in Brown and Milwaukee County.
According to an update, Joseph Rice was positively identified and was subsequently taken into custody. He is being held at the Brown County Jail.
