Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary Breaking Ground on Nature Center Expansion

The Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary is breaking ground on an expanded Nature Center on Monday.

The expansion will provide added classroom space for students from the Wildlife Sanctuary’s nature-based 4K program, along with a public gathering space and improved technology.

Green bay Mayor Jim Schmitt will be on-hand for the groundbreaking ceremony, along with Wildlife Sanctuary Director Mike Reed and Green Bay Area Public Schools Superintendent Michelle Langenfeld.

The ceremony will take place at 1 p.m. Monday afternoon.
