Boat Saved on Fox River by Fellow Boaters

Local News

Some boaters on the Fox River found themselves in a small predicament earlier this afternoon.

Brown County Sheriff Deputies were called around 2:00 this afternoon to reports that a boat had capsized on the river.

But some good Samaritans were there to help the boaters out. They were able to rescue two people from the boat and helped tow the boat to where they had originally launched in De Pere.

No one was injured in the incident and the boat was pulled out of the water.
