A City of Menasha plow operator found a woman’s body on railroad tracks Sunday morning.
The body was found near the intersection of Water Street and Lush Street in the City of Menasha around 6:30 a.m. Police say she was covered with snow and seemed to have been there for a few hours. According to police, there were no immediate indications of foul play and the investigation is ongoing.
