An abandon car has been found partially submerged in Oshkosh.
Oshkosh Fire Department says a 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was found 20 feet off shore where the Fox River and Lake Butte des Morts meet.
No license plates were on the car and no one was found inside.
A person driving by noticed the car and called Oshkosh Police around 9 a.m.
