City Council Approves Agenda Requiring 121 Parking Stalls be Replaced on Adams Street.

Local News

The worry about parking spaces being taken away in the Adams Street Redevelopment is no longer after Tuesday night’s City Council meeting.

The City owned 1.5 acre parking lot on Adams Street is looking for redevelopment proposals and many businesses in the area were concerned about losing nearly 121 parking spaces.

But tonight the council amended and approved an agenda item that will make sure all 121 parking stalls that would be lost to redevelopment, be replaced.
