ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) Ashwaubenon Public Safety says that a concealed carry permit holder was able to hold a burglary suspect at gunpoint until police arrived last night around 9:30 at Frost Giant Games.

The owner found out someone was at the business through a NEST video camera. When he responded to the store, the suspect took off running to a nearby parked vehicle.

The person with the concealed carry permit was with the owner, and held the suspect, 31-year-old Eric Elm of Minnesota at gunpoint until police came. Elm reportedly gave police a false name.

There was also cash found under the car Elm was running to.

Elm has been booked into the Brown County Jail on burglary, theft, resisting/obstructing officers, and for an extradition warrant out of Minnesota for burglary.
