UPDATE: Family and dogs suffer minor injuries after Pulaski house fire

PULASKI, Wis. (WFRV) – A Pulaski family was treated for minor injuries following a house fire that ignited on Friday morning.

According to Pulaski Fire Department Chief James Styczynski, the fire took place in a single-family home located on the 5000 Block of Quarry Drive at around 6 a.m. Chief Styczynski tells local 5 that the fire was confined to the garage and attached areas of the house.

Three residents were reportedly in the home at the time of the fire including two adults and a minor. Officials report that the family was treated for minor injuries and smoke inhalation. The residents also had two dogs in the home who also suffered from smoke inhalation.

Chief Styczynski reports no damage estimate or the cause of the fire is available at this time.

Multiple agencies tell Local 5 that there is an active fire on the 5000 Block of Quarry Drive in Pulaski, and crews are responding.
