Brendan Dassey’s defense team is appealing their case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The lakeshore man is serving prison time for his role in the murder of Theresa Halbach.

Steven Drizin, Dassey’s attorney, did a Facebook Live interview with the Dean of Concord Law School today. Drizin mentioned his team would be petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Dassey’s conviction.

In the interview, Drizin called Dassey’s original defense attorney ineffective.
