Evacuations Underway in Green Bay for Flooding Victims

Local News

Local 5’s Erinn Taylor is reporting that evacuations are underway in the city for those affected by the recent flooding.

She says that crews have rescue boats out by East Mason and the John Street area by the Grand Central Station, and others are picking up some of their family members there as well.

The shelter in place order for Daly Drive in Brown County has also been lifted Friday morning. The order is still in place for all the other affected areas.

Green Bay Schools will also be closed for the day.

Please use caution on the roadways, and avoid flooded areas.
