Eve Nance’s sister charged as accomplice in husband’s death

In Fond Du Lac, the sister of Eve Nance was charged in court today with aiding in the murder of Nance’s husband.

Tina Ewell was charged today with hiding a corpse, harboring a felon, obstructing an officer and failure to report a death under unusual circumstances.

Nance was convicted for first-degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse of her husband timothy in january. Timothy Nance was shot and killed in the Nance home. Afterward, Eve drove to Milwaukee with the body in the trunk of her car and dumped it in a wooded area north of Milwaukee.

Ewell filed a federal lawsuit against authorities who had her detained while they investigated her home. A judge later dismissed.
