Expansion of Danz Elementary to increase school capacity to 565 students

Local News

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — Groundbreaking of a new addition at Danz Elementary School took place Wednesday afternoon.

In April 2017, a referendum was passed, allowing for the addition to be built.

This will increase the school’s capacity to 565 students, offering a larger cafeteria, space for community services, and classroom addition.

Construction is expected to be completed by September of this year.

Miron Construction and Bray Architects are overseeing this project.
