Fat Cupid Classic comes to the Fox Valley for areas first fat bike race

This Valentine’s Day why not show your love for cycling with the Fox Valley’s first fat bike race! Local 5’s Brittany Falkers talked with race organizers Matt Kletti and Josh Ball of the Fat Cupid Classic on Local 5 This Morning.  

The Fat Cupid Classic is being put on by the Fox Valley Mountain Bikers to raise money for their club.  The group’s mission is to bring more trails to Wisconsin’s Fox Valley. 

The race will be held at Lecker Park in Grand Chute. Normally off limits for bikes, Lecker Park will be open to bike specially for this race

The Long Course is 15 miles and Short Course is approximately seven miles. Race Classes: Mens / Womens / Couples / Juniors / Kids
 
There will be a Day of Race raffle for a Specliazed Fat Boy Fat Bike. Plus, other great prizes to be announced on site.
 
The Fat Cupid Classic is Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2016 at 10 a.m. 
Registration is $30 to help raise money for the Fox Valley Mountain Bikers.
