Some kids are learning how to save and spend money thanks to the Building For Kids Children’s Museum in Appleton.
The museum hosted a financial literacy free day.
Kids were able to learn about budgeting money and smart spending while using pretend money.
The event benefits the St. Joseph food program.
Some at the museum say its always a good idea to get kids thinking about smart spending early in life.
Admission was free and people could donate a non-perishable food item for the food pantry.
