Fox Valley Police receive complaints of door-to-door sales people

Local News

Police have received several complaints of door-to-door sales people here in Northeast Wisconsin.

The Fox Valley Metro Police Department posted these photos to their Facebook page saying they’ve received reports of people conducting door-to-door sales.

They say the Villages of Kimberly and Little Chute both require solicitor permits for this type of activity. Permits issued by those villages are required to be clearly visible on the sales person, according to the post.

The post also says the villages and their utility departments are not affiliated with the “water analysis” shown in the above picture.
