It’s a night for women to celebrate themselves and have a night out.

The event is called Gather for the Girls – A Toast to You! There will be keynote speaker, Victoria Valentino, an activist and author. 

Ladies will also enjoy dinner and discussions with local businesswomen and their leadership roles. But it’s more than just dinner and mingling, there will also be a free app given out called BSafe. The app can be used if you’re walking along and get into trouble, it allows you to call a friend and it gives them your exact location and video of where you are. 

Jyll Everman with Gather on Broadway commented on how she came up with the event and many others;

“Over the years I really wanted to step it up and bring more events into our community for women to attend. So I created Gather on Broadway, we do yoga with dogs, wine and ladies, it’s basically an opportunity for women of all ages to gather and have a good time.”

The event is Sunday, April 28th from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Tickets are $55 and it includes a three-course meal.
