Green Bay Police Chief Andrew Smith says the department will be hosting their “Building Bridges” program on Thursday at St. Willebrord at 5:30 p.m. The purpose is for the Hispanic community to meet with members of the force, build relationships, and ask any questions they may have for the officers.

Smith also talked about the increase in shootings across the city, preparations for the Packers game on Sunday night, and the release of their lip-sync video.
