The Green Bay Redevelopment Authority will meet this Tuesday to consider three proposals to replace the parking lot on Adams Street.
The first proposal — from Base Companies and Barsan Construction — is a mixed-use development that features two-high rise buildings with an open, green courtyard.
The second proposal — submitted by Bond Realty — is a two-unit condominium. One of the units would be for retail while the other would consist of apartments.
The third proposal — from T. Wall Enterprises — is a four-story trident-shaped building containing both retail stores and apartments, along with additional room for a town square.
All three proposals will be discussed at the Redevelopment Authority meeting Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
