Green Bay man arrested for 6th OWI

Oshkosh (WFRV) A Green Bay man is behind bars following his sixth OWI arrest.    

The Wisconsin State Patrol says James T. Edwards was arrested at 1 o’clock Saturday morning.
 
Troopers, along with deputies from The Winnebago County Sheriffs Department, were called  to I41 Southbound near 9th Avenue in Oshkosh for a vehicle that had crashed into the guardrail. 
    
Edwards was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while under the Influence of a controlled substance – 6th offense.
