Local News

The new $500 million Green Bay Packaging facility is set to break ground on Wednesday. Mayor Jim Schmitt stopped by Local 5 This Morning and says it will be bringing in hundreds of jobs to the area.

Schmitt also talked about the new College Express route. Green Bay Metro has teamed up with NWTC and UW-Green Bay to provide an express service connecting the two colleges, making it easier for students.

Schmitt also discussed how voters will decide in November if certain city leaders should have term limits.
