Green Bay Police investigating daytime burglaries on city’s west side

The Green Bay Police Department is continuing to investigate a trend of daytime burglaries, on the city’s east and west side.  


The Green Bay Police Department says they are currently investigating some recent daytime burglaries, primarily on the city’s west side.

Locations include the areas of Hickory Hill and Ridge Road, the 1700 block of Arnold Drive, and the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.

Police are encouraging the public to follow some crime prevention tips to protect yourself from being a victim and to deter criminal activity:

• Residents are being urged to keep their doors and windows locked, 
• Be a good Neighbor-keep a watchful eye on all neighbors, especially the elderly
• Watch for suspicious people and take note and report those knocking on doors for illegitimate purposes. 
• Please remember to keep records containing serial numbers of valuables, especially firearms located in the residence.
