Halloween is healthy at the Spooky Sprint

Local News

Halloween is fast approaching, but instead of just dressing up, you can also lace up those running shoes.

That’s because it is time to grab your costume and go for a Halloween run or walk.

Aurora BayCare Medical Center’s 9th Annual Spooky Sprint is coming up, and Nick Olsen joined Chelly Boutott on Local Five this Sunday Morning to explain how you can be a part of the fun.

The 1K, 5K and 10K run/walk occurs every year on the Saturday before Halloween in Ashwaubenon. This year, the event will fall on October 28.

The 5K and 10K begin at 8am and the 1K at 9am, right out in front of the Brown County Arena.
