Helping stop veteran homelessness

One month after the VA backtracked on a joint program designed to help end veteran homelessness, the House Committee on Veterans Affairs is meeting to figure out a plan B.

The number of homeless veterans increased in 2017, which has been the first time in seven years. VA Secretary Dr. David Shulkin says getting every veteran off the streets is his top priority.
