Howard Townline Shell gas station robbed at knife-point

Local News

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is reporting another robbery at knife-point, this time in Howard near a Subway that was previously robbed in the same manner.

Police say they were called around 8:05 at night Thursday to the Townline Shell gas station in the 1700 block of Cardinal Lane.

They say a knife was displayed and the suspect, a man, left the store with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was injured.

This comes as three men were arrested in relation to a series of armed robberies around Brown County. Their identities and charges were released earlier this week.

In December of 2017, there were nine armed robberies involving a knife in Brown County. This is the first for January of 2018.
