Human Trafficking Parent Awareness Meeting

Local News

A local presentation let parents in our area learn about preventing sex trafficking.

The event took place at De Pere High School and focused on what parents should be doing to try and prevent it from happening to their children.

The most important tip was making sure you know what your kids are doing on their phones, and even making sure you have access to their online profiles.

Officials say most victims of trafficking are targeted in their middle-school years.
