Occupants Ejected from SUV, Driver likely Intoxicated

According to Wisconsin State Patrol Northeast Region Fond du Lac Post, the driver of a 2002 Ford Explorer lost control of their vehicle while driving north on I-41.

The vehicle then rolled in the south ditch of the highway.

Officials say none of the four passengers nor the driver were wearing their seatbelts and were thus ejected during the crash.

Only the driver is facing life-threatening injuries.

The driver and four passengers were all transported by either Theda Star Air Support or Gold Cross Ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police believe alcohol or other drugs were a contributing factor in the crash.
