KAUKAUNA, Wis. (WFRV) - A Kaukauna man fighting to keep what he calls a piece of art in his lawn says he not give up after being ordered by a court to remove it.
Joe Grundy says that the decorative tractor has sat in his front yard for the past 11 years, and this is the first time anyone has had a problem with it.
The City of Kaukauna now says they have received complaints, and have asked Grundy to remove the tractor because of a local ordinance that says that residents can't store vehicles in their front yards.
Grundy's son told Local Five on Friday that they do not plan on moving the lawn art.
The court order allows them 72 hours to appeal the decision, which is a path the Grundy's say they will take.
