Expera Specialty Solutions, LLC (“Expera”) is being sold.
According to Expera, Ahlstrom-Munksjö has, “signed a definitive agreement to purchase all shares of Expera.”
The specialty paper product manufacturer, headquartered in Kaukauna, employs about 1,800 people.
