Kewaunee County steps forward to faster internet

Kewaunee County is moving towards higher speed internet access.

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin has awarded Kewaunee County $40,000 in the latest round of Broadband Expansion Grants to increase the county’s high-speed internet access.

Kewaunee County says they will use the money to build a wireless tower as well as install a fixed wireless service. The county plans to have the project finished by the end of the year.
