Kimberly man faces OWI and hit and run charges

A Kimberly man is facing OWI and hit and run charges after a crash sent a 20-year-old student to the hospital Saturday.

Police say 32-year-old Justin Jorgenson got out of his vehicle and asked it the female was okay. When she told him “no” and asked him to call 9-1-1, he got back into his vehicle and drove off.
