May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

In an effort to help bring awareness to mental health the Brown County Suicide Prevention Coalition will place special signs on Green Bay Police Department squad cars, city buses, ambulances and fire trucks.

The Brown County Sheriff’s Department, De Pere Police Department, UWGB Police Department, St. Norbert College, and Pulaski Police Department are also participating in the effort to build awareness and share resources.

Officials say if you or a loved one struggles with depression, suicidal thoughts, or other mental health challenges, call  920-436-8888 for help.
