Local Residents protest Foxconn Legislation

An Appleton protest called on Fox Cities residents to reject the current Foxconn legislation,Tuesday afternoon.

 The Wisconsin State Senate debated on amendments of the Foxconn deal Tuesday. 

According Representative Amanda Stuck protesters who attended the  event wanted Wisconsin employees and tax payers to be protected. 

 “We want Senator Roger Roth to know people in his district are hoping he will vote no on this,” Representative Amanda Stuck said.

According to Representative Stuck Foxconn has promised jobs in other states and has not followed through on development of those facilities.
