Man Accused of Starting Fire in Apartment to Undergo Competency Exam

A man accused of setting an Ashwaubenon apartment complex on fire has been ordered to complete a competency exam before standing trial.

55-year-old Dmitry Morozov is charged with seven counts of Recklessly Endangering Safety, along with three other charges related to his arrest. Back in April, Morozov allegedly tampered with a building’s fire alarm system on Carole Lane.

Morozov is now scheduled to return to court September 14th.
