Man charged in Neenah standoff pleads not guilty

The man charged for a standoff in Neenah has pleaded not guilty.

Brian Flatoff appeared in a Winnebago County court Monday morning for the incident at Eagle Nation Cycles on December 5. 

Flatoff faces charges including three charges of attempted homicide, false imprisonment and felony murder. 

The full list of charges are: 

  1. Second degree recklessly endangering safety
  2. Possession of a firearm by a felon
  3. Possession of a firearm by a felon
  4. Attempt first degree intentional homicide
  5. Attempt first degree intentional homicide
  6. Conspiracy to commit first degree intentional homicide
  7. Taking hostages – Release without bodily harm
  8. False imprisonment
  9. Felony murder
  10. Failure to comply with officer’s attempt to take person into custody
  11. Felony bail jumping
  12. Felony bail jumping
  13. Felony bail jumping
  14. Felony bail jumping
  15. Felony bail jumping
  16. Felony bail jumping

His next scheduled court appearance is May 16.
