LITTLE WOLF, Wis. (WFRV) — A 20-year-old man has been flown to the hospital following a single-vehicle crash in Waupaca County Sunday night.
According to the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at around 7:26 p.m. Sunday night on County Highway N & Whiteclover Road in the Township of Little Wolf. Authorities believe the driver was traveling westbound on CTH N when they struck a tree and then a power line. The impact caused the power pole to snap and wires to lay across the roadway.
The driver, who’s a 20-year-old man from Ogdensburg, was taken to Thedacare New London and then flown to a nearby hospital. Officials have not commented on the extent of his injuries or if he was the only person in the vehicle.
His name is being withheld at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
