Marquis Yachts of Pulaski has laid off a combination of 30 office and line workers.

The company has a total workforce of about 400 workers.

According to the Vice President of Marketing Matthew Vetzner, they had to reallocate labor because they’re selling the Larson Boat brand and are focusing on Carver models and a new Marquis boat line.

They are also launching a new Lexus boat in November.

Vetzner says some of these workers could be rehired when they launch the new boat lines.
