Milwaukee murder suspect arrested in Oshkosh

Oshkosh Police have arrested a 21 year old man in connection with a murder that happened in Milwaukee back in May of last year.

Officers found two vehicles near a railroad bridge in Menominee Park last night around 11:00 p.m.

The 21 year old man was identified as Damonta Jennings.

He was a passenger in one of the vehicles.

He was taken to a local hospital for medical clearance before being taken to jail.

Warrants for Jennings were issued on Monday for the May 5th, 2016 murder of a 9 year old girl from Milwaukee.

The girl was hit by a stray bullet as she sat in her home.

Two other men involved in the shooting have already been arrested.
