The Zambaldi Beer Brewery and Restaurant could become one step closer to reality Monday evening.
A petition requesting final approval will go before Allouez Village Hall at 6pm–with the business planning to break ground on Webster, across the street from Schroeder’s Flowers and the Woodlawn Cemetery.
Past meetings at village hall were all thumbs up–saying the 6,000 sq. ft. project matches the spirit and vision of Allouez.
It will be a microbrewery will be capable of dishing out 3,000 barrels of beer each year… with the intention of expanding.
And the connected restaurant is being planned as a family-friendly environment.
According to the proposal–if all goes to plan, they’re looking to be open for business in the first half of 2019.
