APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - The Green Bay Packers are hosting a Youth Football Outreach camp Thursday, May 10 at the Johnston Elementary School in Appleton.
The camp will feature two sessions, with the first one at 11:20 a.m. and the second at 12:30 p.m.
The camp, which will have approximately 300 student participants, will be assisted by youth football specialists Ryan Fencl and former Packers Running Back and current player/alumni coordinator Tony Fisher.
Students will be given the opportunity to test their football skills in various drills and obstacle courses. The camp is coordinated in conjunction with the NFL Play 60 program, which is designed to tackle childhood obesity by getting kids active through in-school, after-school and team-based programs.
