Local News

The Green Bay Packers and Verizon have joined forces to end domestic violence. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The two teams announced a prevention campaign Tuesday. It aims to end domestic abuse in Wisconsin. They hope their efforts will support groups that look to prevent and eliminate domestic violence. Sunday, October 22, Packers fans will be asked to donate their unused cell phones, which will be recycled to raise money for support groups for victims of domestic violence.
